1. Service Overview

Drive-Well Academy provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for driving instructors to manage their business operations, including AI chat assistants, CRM tools, booking systems, and marketing features. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Our service costs 49 pounds per month, billed automatically via Stripe. Your subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, upload malicious content or code, resell or sublicense access to the platform, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications as a driving instructor.

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. AI Features

Our platform includes AI-powered features. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it.

7. Availability and Support

We aim for 99.9 percent uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available via our Help page.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Drive-Well Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
